Printable Medical Forms

I like to provide easy, printable records for patients to keep track of their medications and checkups, but I also have a lot of new medical forms and signs for hospital staff and medical workers in my new batch of printables at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com.

Many of the 40 new medical signs are useful for labeling rooms, equipment, and waiting areas in a clinic or doctor’s office. There are very professional-looking door cards and signs for procedure rooms, consult rooms, and exam rooms. There are also quite a few caution signs warning people (especially those who are pregnant) that radiation equipment is used nearby. Other signs are waiting room templates concerning insurance information, policy changes, and line formations.

Some of the health charts can also be used by doctors and other health care providers to help assist patients in their return to health. Fitness experts can use the RPE charts to determine a patient’s rate of perceived exertion. Masseurs and chiropractors will find the manipulation chart handy, as it has an illustration of a human skeleton.
Fortunately for my readers without a medical degree, I also have plenty of medical logs for tracking symptoms, medication, and health progress. There are some for those suffering from epileptic seizures, some for diabetic patients needing glucometer readings, and others for those recovering from detox.

All in all, FreePrintableMedicalForms.com has 378 printables concerning nutrition, diabetes, height and weight, immunization and emergency contact forms. Each one is available for free as a PDF file and $3.99 for a customizable DOC.
